Our History

     Brigalias is a family run, full service banquet facility that opened its doors in 2007.  Tina Briglia, owner and chef, created a one-of-a kind venue for all catering needs. The elegant and romantic atmosphere combined with the magnificent pristine grounds makes Brigalias the perfect choice for your special occasion.  We are committed to excellence in the quality of food, presentation, and service.      Tina Briglia has been in the food service business since she was five years old. It was her life-long dream to follow in her father Frank and mother Sue's footsteps and own a successful catering business.  Her mother taught her family values and compassion, while her father was a great mentor in passing down Italian family recipes and teaching Tina the basics of cooking.

 

     Frank Briglia was the original owner and builder of this facility back in 1978. Previously, the property was originally Max's Bar and the Forrest Inn in the 1960's.  After the Inn burnt down, Frank acquired the land and built Franny Brigg's restaurant, bar, and catering facility. Upon Frank's death, the building was sold and became the Winslow House.  Tina's lifelong dream came true when approached in the Fall of 2007 with the opportunity to re-purchase her father's place.

 

     Tina's passion and dedication make Brigalias a premier wedding venue.  Our family, including Tina, Diana (Tina's sister) Wedding Coordinator/ Front End manager, and our friendly staff look forward to making your dreams come true on the day of your special occasion!
